Formación

• Current, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Active/Clean DEA registration, or willingness to apply.
• NPI Number and CAQH.
• Medical Malpractice Insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
• Design and execute evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide expert medication management and interventions.
• Engage in collaborative care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain timely electronic health records (EHRs).
