Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state or jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using electronic health record systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric care for conditions such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including history, evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans with medication management and brief psychotherapy as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while using evidence-based protocols.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and peers through consultations and reviews.
• Utilize technology and telehealth systems to deliver reliable care.
