Legion Health is a telepsychiatry provider offering remote PMHNP positions across the United States. Clinicians enjoy clinical autonomy, substantial support, and a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.

We seek patient-centered PMHNPs who can deliver evidence-based care via telehealth, backed by experienced psychiatrists through consults and peer reviews. Full-time and part-time roles are available with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in at least one U.S. state.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort providing care remotely and using EHR systems.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent patient care for depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, PTSD, bipolar disorder, etc.
• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments, including mental-health history, medical history, diagnostic evaluation, and risk analysis.
• Create and execute individualized treatment plans that may combine medication management and brief psychotherapy.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Use evidence-based clinical protocols and responsible prescribing practices.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and clinical peers through consultations and case reviews.
• Use technology and operational systems effectively to deliver reliable telehealth care.
