OptiMindHealth (OMH) is expanding and seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our clinician-led behavioral health team in Nashville. We offer flexible, remote work options and a competitive salary in the $125k–$145k range, with full-time exempt status.

Responsibilities include medication management, psychotherapy, and collaboration within an integrated care model. New graduates welcomed; opportunities for leadership and advancement are available within OMH.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Colorado and/or Massachusetts as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
• PMHNP-BC exam(s) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Medication management and individual psychotherapy.
• Family therapy and group therapy as needed.
• Documentation and coordination within the integrated care team.
