Job summary

Puzzle Healthcare is looking for a board-certified Physiatrist to take on the role of Part-Time Medical Director. This position will provide clinical oversight and guidance for PM&R services within a flexible, remote-first framework, along with occasional hands-on involvement for advanced assessments and complex procedures.

Ideal candidates will have experience in clinical leadership, documentation compliance, and a passion for elevating rehabilitation care standards. This unique role allows for both remote guidance and periodic on-site support for treatment planning.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Physiatrist with experience in clinical leadership and oversight.
• Strong understanding of PM&R guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Ability to conduct structured chart reviews and provide clinical feedback.

Responsibilities
