Job summary

Intelizign Solutions Canada Inc. in Detroit area seeks a Business Unit Leader/Manager to own the PLM and Engineering Services vertical, driving growth, delivery excellence, and P&L performance for enterprise clients undergoing digital transformation.

You will lead strategy, client relationships, and cross-functional delivery teams, shaping go-to-market, pricing models, and programs across Teamcenter and CAD ecosystems to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise PLM/engineering services account management experience.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management with CXOs and IT leaders.
• Experience with PLM platforms (Teamcenter) and CAD ecosystems (NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks).

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the PLM & Engineering vertical, driving revenue growth and margin targets.
• Manage and grow key client accounts, acting as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within existing and new accounts (upsell, cross-sell, net-new logos).
• Partner with delivery and technical teams to ensure successful execution of PLM Implementations (Teamcenter, other PLM), CAD (NX, Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks), and engineering services projects.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of account managers, delivery leads, and technical consultants.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, proposals, and pricing models for PLM/engineering service offerings.
• Track and report on account health, pipeline, forecasts, and business unit performance to leadership.
