Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, architecture, business, and operations to define requirements and roadmap.
• Analyze processes, systems, and workflows to identify modernization opportunities.
• Write, refine, test, and accept user stories and requirements.
• Manage and prioritize product backlog aligned with business and customer needs.
• Define and monitor product metrics to inform prioritization decisions.
