Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Gather information about client needs, preferences, and budgets
• Research and compare available options
• Prepare and present recommendations
• Assist clients with reservations and confirmations
• Review reservation details for accuracy
• Maintain organized client records
• Respond to questions and provide ongoing client support
• Follow up with clients when necessary
• Complete required training and continuing education
