Job summary

Verdantas seeks a Pipeline Design Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of natural gas transmission and related energy infrastructure projects. This is a remote position in the United States, with licensing preferred in PA/OH/WV.

You will lead design tasks, perform hydraulic modeling, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to meet regulatory and client requirements. The role requires 5–10+ years of pipeline experience, a PE license, and strong written and verbal

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of pipeline engineering experience, focused on transmission systems.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline design codes (ASME B31.8, 49 CFR 192).
• Experience with hydraulic modeling and pipeline system analysis.
• Ability to lead design tasks and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support pipeline design and engineering for transmission and midstream projects.
• Develop and review alignment sheets, routing plans, and design documentation.
• Perform hydraulic modeling and flow analysis using industry tools.
• Interface with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance.
