Qualifications

• Six years of related experience plus three years of PIP/Med Pay adjusting experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification and state adjusting licenses as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, negotiates, and resolves PIP/Med Pay and medical payments claims per policy and jurisdiction.
• Input claim data and guide insureds through the process and options.
• Document rationale, investigations, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
• Maintain timely claims status updates and provide best-in-class service.
• Identify suspicious claims and take statements; determine coverage on complex claims.
