Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related experience, including three (3) years of PIP/Med Pay adjusting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, negotiates, and resolves PIP/Med Pay claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintains productivity while upholding confidentiality and customer service.
• Documents thought process, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement decisions.
