Job summary

Green Stone Rx is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for established, multi-state sterile compounding operations. This is a part-time, remote role with a monthly retainer and support from an experienced pharmacy operations and compliance team.

Focus is on professional compliance oversight and Board documentation, with weekly time commitment typically under one hour plus additional availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Ability to provide regulatory guidance and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill appointment-related responsibilities.
• Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory docs.
• Collaborate with pharmacy operations and compliance teams to maintain ongoing compliance.
• Participate in Board-related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues needing follow-up or corrective action.
