Job summary

Green Stone Rx is seeking a licensed pharmacist to serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) supporting established, multi-state sterile compounding operations. This part-time, remote role offers a monthly retainer and the backing of an experienced pharmacy operations and compliance team.

You will oversee professional compliance and board documentation, review licensing submissions, and work with the internal team to ensure ongoing regulatory readiness while dispensing remains handled

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the applicable state.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and professional judgment.
• Responsive, collaborative, and committed to patient safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated PIC and fulfill the responsibilities associated with the appointment.
• Review and approve licensing submissions, renewals, and regulatory documentation as appropriate.
• Work with the pharmacy operations and compliance team to support ongoing compliance.
• Participate in occasional Board-related discussions and respond to compliance matters.
• Provide professional guidance and identify issues requiring follow-up or corrective action.
