Job summary

Mindrift is seeking licensed US physicians (MD/DO) to evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for an AI evaluation project. You will review case vignettes, score reasoning quality, and write concise rationales.

Each case undergoes three independent reviews with physician adjudication, focusing on broad multi-system knowledge and evidence-based practice. The role offers flexible, remote, project-based work for physicians with an active US license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active US medical license.
• Board certification or completed residency with direct patient care experience.
• Broad, multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.
• Strong clinical reasoning and application of evidence-based guidelines.
• Prior experience in medical AI evaluation or medical annotation is a plus.
• Strong written English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical EHR vignettes for AI evaluation.
• Score vignette accuracy, completeness, and reasoning.
• Document rationale and next-step management.
• Three independent reads with adjudication.
