Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional PHP development and code review.
• Strong English to provide clear feedback.
• Experience mentoring remote teams of trainers or QAs.
• Familiarity with PHP 8+ and OOP concepts.
• Knowledge of Laravel, Symfony, PHPUnit, and PSR standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spot-check PHP items and provide feedback via messages.
• Review AI-generated PHP code, backend snippets, and tests.
• Update trainers/QAs on guideline changes.
• Run onboarding/training calls for PHP trainers and QAs.
• Identify quality gaps and improve QA processes.
