• Expertise in empirical research methodologies, strong written critique capabilities, and familiarity with online/hybrid doctoral mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Faith-Grounded Mentorship & Care: Integrate Christian faith and servant leadership into dissertation supervision, fostering a growth-minded, supportive environment for working adult learners.
• Research & Writing Mentorship: Provide structured, actionable feedback on student drafts via collaborative tools with a one-week turnaround.
• Committee Leadership: Help students assemble a doctoral committee including Chair, additional University members, and optional external expert.
• Ethical & Methodological Governance: Ensure designs adhere to quantitative, qualitative, or mixed-methods rigor and IRB approval prior to data collection.
• Academic Guidance: Demonstrate empathy and patience throughout the dissertation journey for working professionals.
