Job summary

A leading healthcare solutions provider is seeking a Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative. This work-from-home position involves answering support calls from patients and pharmacies, providing initial support, and documenting resolutions. Candidates should have pharmacy technician experience, a high school diploma, and preferably call center experience. The hourly pay is $18. Qualifications

  • Pharmacy Technician experience is mandatory.
  • HIPAA certification is necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide initial support for customer requests via various contact methods.
  • Quickly assess and provide first-level support for user issues.
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
  • Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Work 40 hours per week under moderate supervision.
