Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience.
• Must be 18 years of age OR older.
• Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from providers and members to identify the type of assistance needed.
• Focus on resolving issues on the first call and navigate through computer systems.
• Deliver information and answer questions to build relationships with providers and staff.
• Complete documentation to track provider issues and report trends.
