Humana invites you to join a collaborative Strategy Advancement team as a Strategy Advancement Advisor. You will provide data-based strategic direction, identify business issues and opportunities, and support planning for various business segments or the company at large.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, bring in subject matter experts as needed, and help executives develop effective strategies while exercising independent judgment on complex problems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of strategy, pharmacy or healthcare experience.
• 2 or more years of project leadership experience.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide data-based strategic direction and BI support for business segments or the company at large.
• Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems using internal and external data.
• Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance.
• Exercise independent judgment in complex tasks and decisions with minimal supervision.
