Job summary

Humana is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to provide data-based strategic direction and BI support for business segments or the company at large. You will lead initiatives to analyze complex problems and translate data into actionable recommendations that align with Humana’s corporate vision.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in strategy or healthcare, and 2+ years of project leadership; prior healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to analyze complex business problems using data from internal and external sources.

• Advise executives to develop functional strategies aligned with corporate vision.
• Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
• Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex tasks.
