Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Coordinator I, Provider Credentials to join our team in a remote-capable role in the United States. The position requires facilitating receipt, processing, and evaluation of provider credentials, with heavy interaction across NCPDP, HMS, DEA, and state boards.

You will support Pharmacy Relations Contract Analysts and ensure the credentialing process meets Navitus’ policies and URAC standards, preventing participation by non-qualified pharmacies or providers.

Responsibilities

• Procure, review, and process credentials daily
• Document credentials in systems and audit for compliance
• Support URAC and internal policies to maintain quality credential networks
• Create credential activity reports for VP and Credential Committees
• Monitor credential databases (HMS, NCPDP, OIG, DEA, State Boards)
• Assist network development in pharmacy program strategies
• Support attestations from providers and data updates across databases
