Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Clinical Pharmacy.
• Active Pennsylvania pharmacy license in good standing.
• Must reside in the State of Pennsylvania OR Florida.
• Willing to obtain additional state licenses (paid for by CVS).

Responsibilities

• Clinically interprets and evaluates medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, safety, and accuracy.
• Maintains documentation to verify accuracy and communicates with the healthcare team.
• Supports product procurement, reimbursement and formulary considerations.
• Participates in staff training, QA, and on-call responsibilities.
