Job summary

Paragon Pharma is seeking an entry level and/or specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Rep to manage a Texas territory, engaging physicians and healthcare providers to promote our pharmaceutical products.

You will balance field activity, educate key decision makers, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and pursuing growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Some sales experience and/or abilities.
• Must be able to work remotely and the ability to use ZOOM software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to target health professionals to maximize sales growth and increase product volume.
• Completion of industry specific certification/credentials such as the PSC, CNPR, or CMR.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory accounts and identify key decision makers.
• Inform physicians about pharmaceutical products and capabilities.
• Balance time with customers to achieve results and maintain relationships.
• Keep product knowledge updated to support selling efforts.
• Develop territory plan with goals and resource allocation (coverage, sampling, etc.).
• Gain formulary acceptance/compliance with managed care accounts.
• Collaborate with customers as a business partner to drive growth.
