Job summary

US Tech Solutions seeks a seasoned Project Manager for PSAM tasks, fully remote and aligned to East Coast time. You will oversee two or more complex development programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive global drug development plans with budget and timeline oversight.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of PM experience in Pharma/Biotech, with strong MS Project and Planisware skills. Drug development familiarity is a plus; regulatory or clinical PMs are welcome.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; 10 years of PM experience in Pharma/Biotech.
  • Open to candidates newer to industry for task and tool-based roles.
  • End-to-end drug development experience preferred, clinical or regulatory PMs considered.
  • Drug/product development experience is a plus; familiarity with Planisware is a plus.
  • MS Project is a must-have; familiarity with CMC processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides professional program management for 2 or more complex development programs.
  • Manages project information and fosters cross-functional collaboration to support outcomes.
  • Contributes to cross-functional global drug development plans (GDDP) with budgets and timelines.
  • Acts as development alliance liaison to support alliance management activities.
  • Supports quarterly forecasts; manages scope, timeline, and budget changes at the program level.
  • Maintains the ADRI log for project team interactions.
