Job summary

WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home as Personal Lines Account Managers. Offerings include full- or part-time schedules, remote, long-term roles with benefits.

Leverage extensive insurance knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service in a flexible, virtual environment. Ideal candidates bring 25 years of full-time work experience in Personal Lines P&C and up-to-date knowledge of EPIC or similar agency systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of Personal Lines P&C insurance experience.
• Must have strong client service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with agency management systems (EPIC/AMS360/Sagitta/Hawksoft) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Lines client accounts with focus on building and strengthening relationships and exceptional service.
• Prepare applications and market new and renewal risks.
• Review contracts and issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs).
• Obtain and/or review quotes.
• Bind and/or check policies.
