The Richards Group an IMA Company is seeking an Account Manager for our Personal Lines team. This role emphasizes relationship-building, exceptional service, and strong communication, with a remote work option and required travel to VT/NH locations for in-person training and meetings.

Qualified candidates live within a reasonable commuting distance to VT or NH sites; P&C licensure is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License is required or in good standing
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on service
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional with high integrity

• Proficiency with computer systems and accurate data entry
