Job summary

Leon and Associated seeks a Licensed Personal Injury Attorney for a Texas client, with remote work flexibility. You will manage a personal injury caseload, provide legal counsel, negotiate claims, and represent clients in court and mediations.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an ABA-accredited school, is admitted in Texas, and has at least 1 year of personal injury experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and Austin/Houston presence may be needed.

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case evaluation.
• Develop and implement legal strategies for clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Prepare and draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Maintain client communication and provide case updates.
