UnitedHealth Group's CPS, part of the Optum family, seeks a per diem Staff Pharmacist in Menomonee Falls, WI to deliver safe, accurate pharmacy services and verify technician-prepared products. You will mentor staff and support the Director in optimizing performance.

Pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin is required; BA/BS from ACPE accredited school, PharmD preferred. Hours: Mon-Fri 8:00am-3:00pm with remote services; travel up to 10% may be needed.

Formación

• BA/BS from ACPE-accredited pharmacy school.
• Current Wisconsin Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Proficient computer skills with pharmacy systems and Microsoft Office.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Review, verify, and dispense medication orders to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and dosing.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to optimize regimens for hospitalized patients.
• Monitor patient outcomes and medication safety; identify and prevent adverse drug events.
• Ensure regulatory and accreditation compliance (DNV, state and federal).
