Job summary

Kentro is seeking a People Systems and Process Analyst to support Corporate People Services Operations. The role focuses on configuring UKG Pro and related HR systems, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements across the employee lifecycle.

Remote within the U.S. with a hybrid schedule of two days per week in the DMV area; occasional travel to HQ may be required. Compensation ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 annually, with placement based on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 5–7 years HRIS/People Systems experience with hands-on configuration and process improvement.
• Experience administering UKG Pro/UKG UltiPro or similar HRIS.
• Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations.
• Strong analytical, testing, and data integrity skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize UKG Pro and related HR systems across the employee lifecycle.
• Provide functional triage and issue resolution for HRIS, data integrity, and reporting.
• Develop, validate, and distribute reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Monitor data quality and implement preventative controls and automated audits.
• Collaborate with TA and HR to optimize onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Lead optimization efforts and support testing for system enhancements and upgrades.
