Job summary

Sleep Doctor is hiring a People Operations Manager to lead HR operations, employee relations, recruiting, performance management, benefits, and compliance for a growing multi-state organization. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver scalable processes and an exceptional employee experience in a fully remote environment.

The role requires 5+ years in People Ops, healthcare exposure preferred, and strong HRIS/PEO collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources or People Operations experience.
• Experience supporting organizations with 50+ employees in fast growth.
• Healthcare experience preferred, supporting PC/MSO structures.
• Knowledge of federal and multi-state employment laws.
• Experience administering HRIS platforms and partnering with a PEO.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations: onboarding, offboarding, records, HRIS, and PEO partnership.
• Serve as trusted advisor to managers on employee relations and performance concerns.
• Administer performance management, goal setting, reviews, and development.
• Lead recruiting operations from requisition to onboarding and candidate experience.
• Manage compensation, benefits, compliance, and open enrollment programs.
• Maintain HR policies, audits, and regulatory compliance across multiple states.
