Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Engineer - Pega Resource to join the NAS Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) and support the FAA in the Washington DC Office. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality PEGA solutions, reviews, tests, patches, and documentation as part of a technical support team.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience (or 6+ with a Master's) in PEGA, Constellation SDK, and related tools, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field with 8+ or 6+ years of experience.
• U.S. work eligibility and ability to pass FAA Public Trust security screening.
• Experience with Pegasystems (Pega) software.
• 5+ years in Pega development, with 1–2 years hands-on in Constellation.
• Deep expertise in Pega Infinity (v8.8, v23, or v24) and Constellation SDK.
• 5+ years supporting PEGA applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical thinking.
• Knowledge of Pega packaging, security, rulesets, portals, reports, data migration, and listeners.
• Proficiency with REST/SOAP, Kafka, and data pages for real-time data exchange.
• Web technologies including .Net/Java/React for Pega Constellation customization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality PEGA solutions and CI/CD patches.
• Provide operational support for NAS/PEGA environments.
• Document supported environments and patch/upgrade activities.
• Collaborate with the team on requirements and deployment strategies.
