Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Physician Assistant for a fully remote locum tenens opportunity focused on pediatric and adolescent psychiatry in a collaborative virtual care environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in pediatric and adolescent psychiatry, value flexibility and autonomy, and deliver evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and young adults.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric and adolescent psychiatry (ages 2+).
• Comfort delivering care via telehealth.
• Ability to develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Strong documentation in EHR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments via telehealth.
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions in pediatric and young adult populations (ages 2+).
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide patient and family education as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure continuity of care.
