Job summary

Handspring Health is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join a fully remote pediatric behavioral health team. We offer guaranteed minimum pay, malpractice coverage, paid consultation time, and a supportive clinical community focused on growth.

Two part-time tracks are available: Reduced Part-Time (8-11 clients/week) with a monthly floor of $750-$900, and Regular Part-Time (12+ clients/week) with $1,500-$1,800 monthly floor. Clinical rates and incentives are described in detail.

Qualifications

• Active, independent LPC license in New Jersey.
• Experience with children, teens, young adults, and families using evidence-based treatments.
• Comfortable with Zoom, EHR systems, and collaboration tools.
• Not opted out of Medicare; willing to be cross-licensed in additional states.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults 18+, plus parent training and support.
• Maintain a fixed weekly schedule of at least 8 recurring client sessions via telehealth.
• Participate in weekly consultations and peer-led collaborative huddles.
• Complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with clients’ pediatricians, school counselors, and families as needed.
