Job summary

Cogstate Clinicians are contracted to deliver remote clinical interviews and cognitive assessments for studies on preclinical dementia. Fully remote roles, with training and supervision provided, on an as-needed basis.

Requirements include a MA/MS in Psychology, 25+ administrations of study scales, and experience with pediatric populations and Bayley administration. English fluency is required; rare disease experience is a plus. Roles demand high organization and reliability.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Psychology or equivalent required.
• ≥25 administrations of study scales or similar semi-structured clinical interviews.
• Experience with pediatric populations with neurodevelopmental delays is required.
• BAYLEY administration experience is essential.
• Formal training in clinical interviewing and cognitive assessment, including experience with pediatric populations and caregivers.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical interviewing and psychological assessment in clinical research or related settings.
• Direct experience with cognitive/behavioral/functional assessment in neurological/psychiatric populations.

Responsibilities

• Remotely administering semi-structured clinical interview assessments and cognitive batteries to study subjects and caregivers.
• Delivering computerized and traditional cognitive assessments via a tele-health platform.
• Scoring completed scale administrations.
• Participating in regular clinical skill recalibration activities.
• Providing central monitoring reviews of neuropsychological test batteries to ensure data accuracy.
• Reviewing response forms and recordings and providing feedback to raters.
