Job summary

Paloma Health seeks clinicians to deliver high-quality children’s autism and ADHD neurodevelopmental assessments. You will work in a remote capacity, supported by a clinical specialist and prescribing team, focusing on rapid access to care.

The role emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration, safeguarding, CPD, and ongoing development within a mission-driven NHS-adjacent model. Flexible for employed or self-employed arrangements and a 0.6–1 FTE schedule.

Qualifications

• Required: NMC-registered Nurses; HCPC-registered Therapists (SLT, OT, Arts Therapist, or Practitioner Psychologist) or Social Work England registered Social Worker.
• Desirable: experience in delivering autism/ADHD assessments; safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Children’s Autism and ADHD Neurodevelopmental Assessments.
• Act in accordance with safeguarding policy and conduct risk assessments as needed.
• Keep up to date with mandatory training, CPD and professional registration requirements.
• Share ideas to improve Paloma’s software tools for safer, more efficient assessments.
