Job summary

The Bergaila Companies is seeking a Mid-Level Structural Engineer (PE) for a remote assignment in our Southwest Region. The position supports design teams with structural analysis and design for semiconductor wafers, data centers, and other state-of-the-art facilities.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, designers, clients, and trades to develop concepts, perform analyses, and communicate structural requirements for safe and economical structures. PE licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering.
• 4+ years experience in Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer License (PE).
• Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC.
• Experience with structural analysis software, Navisworks and Bluebeam.
• Proficient with designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide Structural Engineering support in the manufacture of semiconductor wafers, data centers and other state of the art manufacturing facilities
• Work with other engineers and designers, as well as with clients and construction trade partners
• Develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with designers to communicatethe structural requirement
