Cascadia Healthcare is seeking an experienced PDPM Clinical Resource Nurse (RN or LPN) to support multiple skilled nursing facilities in the region. You will serve as a clinical and reimbursement resource, helping 15–25 facility teams understand and apply PDPM while ensuring accurate, compliant reimbursement practices.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Strong knowledge of MDS and PDPM reimbursement.
• Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence diverse teams.
• Willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional PDPM SME on reimbursement and MDS coding.
• Perform clinical and reimbursement reviews to identify opportunities.
• Analyze resident documentation and MDS assessments for accurate coding.
• Educate and mentor facility teams on PDPM requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance and optimize reimbursement.
• Travel regionally to provide onsite support as needed.
