Job summary

SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide PCI DSS compliance initiatives, coordinating with Information Security Governance and IT PMO teams. You will oversee project planning, execution, reporting, vendor coordination, and delivery while providing subject-matter expertise on PCI DSS and cybersecurity project delivery.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 7+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years in cybersecurity or IT risk initiatives
• Experience managing enterprise-wide PCI DSS compliance projects, not limited to audits
• Experience in banking/financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS standards, controls, and compliance frameworks
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with technical teams, business stakeholders, PMOs, and vendors
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and frameworks including NIST, cloud, IAM, vulnerability management, and risk management
• Ability to communicate with executives, technical teams, and business partners
• Experience with project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (preferred)
• Certifications such as PMP/CSM/CAPM/CSPM/CISSP-Associate are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead PCI DSS compliance initiatives from planning through delivery
• Coordinate enterprise PCI efforts with Enterprise PMO, IT PMO, Information Security Governance, and Lines of Business
• Provide PCI DSS SME guidance and coaching to project teams
• Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, reporting, and governance
• Coordinate internal resources, technical leads, SMEs, business partners, and vendors
• Track financials and support forecasting to meet budget and schedule constraints
