Qualifications

• 3 years relevant payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP RUN software and implementation.
• CPP preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong detail oriented and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client payroll information is accurate within their payroll system and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and process payrolls to meet client deadlines; update employee records, bonuses, severance and tax calculations; reconcile deposits and withholdings.
• Prepare reports of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
