The role supports defect remediation, reporting, UAT, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, Technology, Finance, and governance teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in payment integrity or related analytics, strong Excel skills, and evolving SQL/Power BI proficiency to validate outputs and enable data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in Payment Integrity or related domain.
• Proficient in Excel; developing SQL/Power BI skills.
• Experience with UAT, dashboards, and reporting.
• Knowledge of claims systems and financial controls.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Payment Integrity outputs, data, and workflows to identify trends.
• Manage incidents and enhancement requests in ServiceNow.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, validation, and release readiness.
• Develop dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders.
• Validate data with Excel/SQL/Power BI.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, governance.
