Ivy Health is seeking a Patient Engagement Advocate to support our mission of helping people live their lives to the fullest. In this 90-day temporary role, you will interact with patients, convert inquiries into appointments, and contribute to a positive patient experience.

You will work remotely from a dedicated home workspace, coordinating with clinics and care teams to provide empathetic service, explain insurance and financing options, and meet key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent; College degree preferable.
• 2–3 years of customer support experience and at least 1 year in an inbound contact center.
• 1–2 years in a sales-oriented role; call center or telesales experience preferred.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated quiet home workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to engage with patients.

Responsibilities

• Listen to patient needs and convert inquiries to booked appointments.
• Engage empathetically to ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Provide information about providers, clinics, and financing options.
• Follow protocols for accurate data capture and categorize interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and clinics to improve patient experience.
• When in clinic delays, guide patients to nearest alternatives.
