Job summary

Lincare, the nation’s leading provider of oxygen, durable medical equipment and clinical respiratory services, is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Support Center. Multiple shifts are currently available to accommodate a nationwide patient base.

In this role you will handle incoming inquiries, assist patients and providers, resolve issues, and provide courteous service from home.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
• Comfort with handling multiple tasks and channels (phone, email, chat).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from patients and providers.
• Resolve questions, concerns and billing issues in a timely manner.
• Document interactions in the CRM and follow up as needed.
