Qualifications

• Solid foundation in legal research and writing.
• Technical bachelor's degree and USPTO patent bar admittance, although not required at hire.
• Jurist Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Familiarity with e-discovery protocols and tools (Relativity preferred).
• Eagerness in developing personal books of business.
• Background in Law Review or Moot Court highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage discovery, including complex ESI protocols.
• Handle discovery disputes and work closely with experts.
• Prepare detailed patent infringement and invalidity claim charts.
• Draft pleadings and dispositive motions.
• Contribute to Federal Circuit appeals.
• Mentor and train junior associates.
