Qualifications

• Residence in Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana, Missouri, or New Jersey.
• Comfort with a high volume of outreach and follow-up.
• Comfort asking for the booking and handling objections with warmth.
• Willingness to learn, practice scripts, and receive feedback.
• Availability for scheduled shifts based on park needs.
• Moderate software proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Turn inquiries into booked parties and set up the park to deliver them.
• Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and follow up by phone and text.
• Guide parents to the best party, group size, and date.
• Enter all details accurately in systems and prep hosts with clear expectations.
• Provide a concierge-level experience from first call to party day.
• Track outreach and improve booking rates; use scripts and feedback.
