Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Inside Sales Parts Associate responsible for selling and promoting OilQuick parts via phone, email, and other remote channels. You will build strong customer relationships, understand needs, and provide accurate product information to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include handling orders in the ERP system, processing RMAs, coordinating cross‑department requests, and supporting field service teams. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer Service and Parts calls for OilQuick quick couplers.
• Enter and process customer orders with ERP system.
• Process RMAs including scheduling returns with Vendor Return Specialist.
• Coordinate between departments to communicate customer needs.
• Provide real time support to Field Service Team.
• Maintain pricing margins for all OilQuick parts.
