Job summary

Talkspace Therapy is seeking a part-time independent contract therapist in Minnesota to provide remote mental health care. You will deliver sessions via video, audio, and messaging on the HIPAA-compliant Talkspace platform, while Talkspace covers insurance billing and administrative tasks.

Earn $70 per hour for live sessions, with prorated rates for 45 and 30 minute sessions, and additional compensation for asynchronous messaging. Flexible scheduling and access to client referrals are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice independently in Minnesota (LICSW/LMFT/LPCC/psychologist).
• Maintain malpractice liability insurance.
• Have an NPI number and reliable broadband.
• Comfort with online tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Treat clients remotely in your state(s) of licensure on the Talkspace platform.
• Conduct sessions via video, audio, and live messaging.
• Respond to asynchronous client messages weekly and timely.
• Complete required clinical documentation after each session.
