Job summary

Young Life is seeking a student staff member for a fully remote, part-time role. You will engage in ministry activities, support spiritual development, and help lead clubs and campaigns under regional supervision.

Emphasis on relational work with youth and adults, confidentiality, and alignment with Young Life’s faith-based mission. The position involves collaboration on leadership development, fundraising, and camp-related planning, with training and mentorship from the area director.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a yearly personal growth plan fostering spiritual life and discipline.
• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and ministry activities.
• Recruit and train volunteers to build a leadership team within the community.
