Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a detail-driven Staff Accountant to support our club operations. This part-time, hybrid role centers on accurate financial records, A/P and A/R, and month-end close, with remote work flexibility and periodic in-person meetings at our North Attleboro, MA location.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, ensure clean ledgers, and provide clear financial reporting to drive club growth while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits a health-focused lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in A/P, A/R, and GL reconciliations.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel essential.
• Remote-capable with periodic in-person meetings in North Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and GL entries.
• Process vendor invoices, PO matching, approvals, and weekly payments.
• Monitor membership revenue and reconcile A/R and billing reports.
• Assist with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with leadership and participate in periodic in-person meetings.
