Job summary

Lima Therapy & Wellness LLC is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy to children, teens, and adults across MD/VA/DC in a fully remote setting. You will support communication, cognition, motor speech, and functional daily communication with a strengths-based, relationship-centered approach.

Active SLP license in MD/VA/DC is required; CCC‑SLP preferred. Teletherapy experience and a commitment to neurodiversity‑affirming, trauma‑aware care are essential.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license in MD, VA, and/or DC.
• CCC‑SLP preferred; CFs considered.
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and digital tools.
• Alignment with neurodiversity‑affirming, sensory‑informed, trauma‑aware care.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver teletherapy sessions across pediatric and adult populations.
• Support early language, articulation/phonology, apraxia, fluency, AAC, and sensory‑based communication.
• Provide cognitive‑communication, motor‑speech, and functional communication therapy for adults.
• Use co‑regulation, caregiver coaching, and trauma‑aware strategies.
• Collaborate with OT partners and supervising clinicians; maintain documentation per workflows.
