Job summary

RWS is seeking individuals in the United States (Illinois) to test and evaluate how clients’ search engines respond to everyday queries. You will apply online research skills to navigate a variety of search tasks, helping to enhance AI data used to improve the user experience.

The role requires 10–29 hours per week, a home office setup, NDA compliance, and passing client training tests. Suitable for self-disciplined problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently reside in the United States (Illinois).
• Strong understanding of popular culture in your locale (United States).
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week, maximum of 29 hours per week.
• Must sign and adhere to project NDA.
• Have a smartphone and personal computer with reliable internet access.
• Must pass training modules and a required test created by our client before commencing work.
• Only one Search Quality Rater per household.
• Must be 18+ years old.
